Putting the "real" in Real Estate

Recently, the family Gonzaga-Sesbreno has been entrusted a big parcel of raw land nestled in the picturesque landscapes of Bohol, Philippines. This project was my chance to dive into the world of real estate. I teamed up with brokers and agents, learning the ins and outs of property handovers and the nitty-gritty of getting everything squared away in the new owners' names.

While covering the comprehensive process of property transfer, my goal was to oversee tax penalties, legal complications and documentations. Talking to lawyers and brokers, interviewing client's relatives, and thorough research on sales lead were my job.

Getting insights on what was going through their heads is another. It is a challenging experience.
